Deeply fudgy brownies loaded with both dark and white chocolate pieces, finished with a white chocolate drizzle. Recipe makes 16 brownies across 2 small trays.

Preheat oven to 150°C. Line 2 small brownie tins.

Combine the caster sugar, sifted cocoa powder, sifted plain flour and baking powder in a large bowl.

Add the melted salted butter and mix into the dry ingredients.

Add the eggs and mix well.

Fold in the dark and white chocolate pieces.

Divide the mixture between the two lined tins and bake at 150°C for 45 minutes.

Leave to cool completely in the tins, then cut each tray into 8 brownies.

Melt a little extra white chocolate and drizzle over the top to finish.
