A deeply indulgent no-bake chocolate tart with a crunchy Oreo base and a silky dark and milk chocolate ganache filling. Refrigerate overnight for the perfect set.

Mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter. Press into a large tart case and bake at 180°C for 5 minutes. Leave to cool.

Bring the double cream and butter to boiling point in a saucepan. Remove from heat.

Add all the chopped dark and milk chocolate into the cream mixture. Stir until completely melted and smooth.

Pour the ganache filling into the cooled Oreo base.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
